In Extremo是由前NOAH的主唱Das Letzte Einhorn和风笛手Dr Pymonte创建的。他们的首张专辑Weckt Die Toten于1998年发行。In Extremo制作金属音乐时，把它与中世纪的装束结合起来，还坦然地使用一些奇怪的甚至是手工制作的乐器，例如苏格兰风笛等。

Brief introduction

In Extremo was created by ex NOAH members vocalist Das Letzte Einhorn and bagpipe player Dr Pymonte. They issued their debut album, Weckt Die Toten, in 1998. In Extremo moulds Metal with medieval style stage garb and unashamed usage of such bizarre, sometimes hand made, instruments as the Scottish bagpipes.
