Brief introduction A French musician of medieval instruments and a singer, songwriter. At a very young age, the self-taught Arbogast developed a fondness for medieval songs accompanied by traditional instruments, especially Irish bouzouki, lute and bells. His repertoire is inspired by music by Cantigas de Santa Maria, songs from German poet Walther von der Vogelweide, German mystic of Hildegard of Bingen and from French composer Guillaume de Machaut amongst others. |
