Prurient的本意是“性唤醒”。

这支单人乐队的唯一成员Dominick Fernow目前生活在曼哈顿，他还拥有Hospital Productions这个厂牌，也是Cold Cave乐队的成员之一。

乐队主题是反技术和反电子，所以它的音乐使用了一些非常规乐器，比如电线、硬币、煎锅、工具箱、废金属甚至旧弹壳，然后再加上爆发的长啸、狂躁的回授和怪诞的节奏。

Brief introduction

Prurient originally means "arousing to sexual desire".

The only member of this solo band Dominick Fernow now lives in Manhattan. He runs the record label Hospital Productions and is also a member of Cold Cave.

The band's theme is anti-technology and anti-electricity, therefore some unconventional instruments can be found in its music, such as live wire, coins, frying pans, toolboxes, scrap metal, and even used shotgun shells, accompanying blasted shouts, eruptions of feedback and grotesque rhythms.
