Brief introduction Starting out in the small town of Stokmarknes in the north of Norway, Madrugada moved to Oslo in 1995 to concentrate on their music. They became a live attraction throughout Europe, playing popular clubs in such cities as Berlin and Paris. They conjure up 1980s driving rock comparisons with Nick Cave. Their music feels like it has been left to die a lonely death in the desert. |
