Brief introduction One of the most innovative and influential bands from the 1970's Krautrock scene. Faust have been a legendarily chaotic group since their origins as a kind of experiment in the creation of an anti-rock band. Faust music was influenced by Rock, Psychedelia, and Avant-Garde and the collaboration of the minimalist composer Tony Conrad. The band broke up in 1975 but reunited in the early 1990s.
