Brief introduction

The stoic philosophy had a huge impact on Stoa which probably explains the band's name. Each of the musicians has extensive classical training, and this really shows through in the quality of their playing. In 1991 their first song "Stoa" was released on a compilation. The music is gorgeous, pleasant and melancholy.
