Brief introduction In 2008 Tom Gabriel "Warrior" Fischer formed the band after his departure from Celtic Frost. Its name comes from the word "triptych", because it is Fischer's third project, and is also an homage of sorts to the religiously-themed triptych paintings of the dark ages. Their music reveals a group immersed in themes such as history, occultism, human disintegration, religious fanaticism, and nihilism. |
