Brief introduction

Mixing genres from Industrial to Metal to Disco, Chicago’s Static-X are one of the more diverse and exciting bands in today's metal scene. Their music combines aggressive metal and thrash with industrial overtones and techno pulse. Static-X has a few different vocal styles, any and all of which could appear in any song, in no particular order. There's the low growl, the more intense medium growl, and the high-pitched screech.
