Too mainstream to be labeled new-metal and too modern-sounding to be allied with grunge, Puddle Of Mudd share elements of both genres and have gained a measure of success as a result. It is named after a famous local flooding, went through numerous line up changes before effectively folding in 1999. Now the alternative-metal group were now ready to find international success.
