Brief introduction

Killing Joke proved themselves to be a hugely influential force almost immediately from their inception. They are as heavy as metal, as politically barbed as Punk, and as abusively cynical as Industrial. Killing Joke have gone through numerous internal conflicts and line-up changes, as well as a variety of different styles and sounds. And they eventually became less heavy and more arty — more danceable even.
