Am I Blood起初沿袭了1990年代芬兰侵略性的金属乐风格，音调愤怒，不像此前这类音乐那样主流，和Metallica有些相似。他们既受主流影响又受金属乐影响，其侵略性的音乐类型要求他们具有超越大多重金属音乐家的能力。自Agitation专辑以后他们更加流行化，使用动听的人声还有大量旋律吉他，但仍没有丢弃强硬作风，更多的听众可以接受他们的音乐了。

Brief introduction

At the beginning Am I Blood followed in the Finland tradition of 1990's aggressive metal with more an anger tone, rather than cheesy pop metal that this genre was know for previously.  Stylewise, Metallica is the primary soundalike here.  With both mainstream and metal influences, their breed of aggression holds a wide appeal with the ability to transcend most walls constructed against the majority of heavy artists. Since Agitation they have gone more popular direction with catchy vocals and massive melodic guitar parts without losing their hard edge, but giving a chance for wider audience to enjoy their versatile music.
