Brief introduction

Regarded as one of the world's premiere goth metal bands, Tristania takes the dual male/female vocal style pioneered by Theatre Of Tragedy and combines them with lush, symphonic orchestration, while remaining a fully metallic band at its core. From harsh black metal vocals, to soaring female soprano voices, Gregorian chants, pianos, keyboards, violins, it's all melded together seemlessly. Tristania have earned their reputation through risk-taking creativity, unquestionable talent, and their musical diversity.
