有人说Rome是新民谣的未来。然而Jérôme Reuter却是在朋克乐队中开始其音乐生涯的。

Rome试图在钢铁组成的冰冷世界中加入暖意与情爱。它常常是黑暗而富有诗意的，有时又很冷酷，不过总的来说还比较亲切。它的音乐包含了吉他演奏、军事打击乐、流行旋律和阴暗哼唱等，内容都是关于绝望与失落、罪过与痛苦、强权与战争以及爱欲与死亡的那些永恒主题。

Brief introduction

Someone says Rome is the future of the neo-folk world. In fact, Jérôme Reuter starts in punk bands.

Rome manages to include warmth and affection in its cold world of steel. It is often dark and poetic, sometimes brutal, but most of all intimate. Its music embraces guitar work, martial percussion, pop melodies and dark crooning with the eternity themes of despair and loss, guilt and grief, might and war, love and death.
