Brief introduction

Just like what they said, Megaptera aim to make hard and powerful music. They have always blended dark atmospheric sounds with machinelike rhythms, thereby creating a soundtrack to your worst nightmares. Dialogues, monologues, and even entire scenes from various videos, have been used in their songs. But no political opinions were expressed by the band, nor were any crypto-philosophical ideas inherent in the music. Megaptera is a reflection of a time where insanity, violence, lies, deceit, war, disease and death rules the planet.
