Brief introduction

Attrition is without doubt a pioneer in dark electronic field. Formed in 1980 by Martin Bowes and Julia Niblock, it considerably preceded the ethereal mystery of fellow goth rock artists and presaged trends that would emerge as genres of gothic/industrial resurgence in 1990s. Commendably, Attrition is still active 30 years later.
