The Louisiana Story (USA) |
Director: Robert Flaherty Footage: 77min Year: 1948 |
¡¡ This a dramatized documentary. The simple story concerns young Cajun boy Joseph Boudreaux's day-to-day existence on his home turf. Boudreaux's family is wary of the presence of oil workers who begin digging wells in the Bayous, but soon the workers prove themselves friendly, peace-loving fellows. A ferocious crocodile and a lovely racoon are also two important roles in the film. |
