describing the many forms and meanings the colour red takes, and where
it comes from.
About Spike Bucklow
Professor of material
culture and a conservation scientist at the Hamilton Kerr Institute,
University of Cambridge. He was originally trained as a chemist but
has always had an interest in the arts. He wrote numerous books on
artists’ materials and methods.
